DISPERSANT 3000 is anionic type dispersant.It mainly used for grinding and dispersing inorganic pigments.It shows outstanding performance in grinding titanium dioxide,iron oxide pigment or other inorganic pigment.Dispersant 3000 can decrease the viscosity obviously.It has good compatibility with most resins.

Use:

Dosage:

Pigment wt % of active content

Inorganic Pigment 0.5-3%

 

Order of addition:

Mix DISPERSANT 3000 into millbase.

Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.

Add pigments while stirring. And disperse in the usual routine.
