Our rice bran wax is a long-chain high-purity ester wax obtained by hydrolysis oxidation and polyol esterification.It is a new type of high-efficiency lubricant, mold release agent and dispersant used in the field of engineering plastics.

Strong demoulding force;Good compatibility;Low precipitation;High temperature resistance;White appearance and low viscosity

Application:
*Applied to TPU synthesis: Excellent compatibility with polyols, and low acid value is not easy to occur esterification reaction;Reduce viscosity and improve TPU fluidity;Reduce mold release force;Remove small molecular substances through chemical reaction, and lignite;Compared with this product, ethylene glycol ester is less prone to precipitation;The high temperature resistance is much higher than that of montanic acid ethylene glycol ester, and the discoloration and decomposition temperature are high;Pure white ester wax has no effect on the color of TPU.
*Apply to PA6/PA66 modification,biodegradable plastic PLA PBS:Reduce release force;Promote filler dispersion, also excellent for carbon black and pigment dispersion
