Solvent Green 5 8G (Fluorescent Yellow 8G) is high-performance transparent perylene solvent dye with bright greenish fluorescent yellow shade. It features high tinting strength and excellent transparency. Insoluble in water, well soluble in aromatic, ester and ketone solvents. It withstands processing temperature up to 280–300℃, light fastness Grade 7 in masstone, good migration, acid & alkali resistance. Dissolves molecularly in resins to deliver clear luminous color.Mainly used for coloring rigid plastics including PS, ABS, PC, PMMA, PET, rigid PVC, polyester fiber dope dyeing, solvent-based transparent inks and industrial oil coatings.
