DISPERSANT 2700 is is a 100% active polymeric dispersant especially designed for organic pigment dispersion in water-based system. For inorganic pigments, DISPERSANT 1100 is recommended. DISPERSANT 2700 is not a Alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO) derivative.

Use:
1) Carbon black and organic pigments in water-based inks and paints.
2) Compatible to PVA copolymers, acrylate latex and polyurethane dispersion.
Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Organic Pigment 8-12%
Carbon Black 10-20%
High surface area Carbon Black 40-60%
Order of addition:
Dissolve DISPERSANT 2700 in water.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add deformer if necessary.
Add resin (in the case of resin-containing dispersions)
Add the pigment while stirring and disperse in the usual routine.
