DISPERSANT 9690 is a 100% active content wetting and dispersing agent. It is mainly used for surface modification of inorganic filler such as Calcium carbonate,Talc,Barium sulfate etc..It can prevent re-agglomeration between the particles and improve the dispersion and stability.Oil absorption will be decreased much when powder is processed by dispersant 9690.The powder will be much smooth and have a good fluidity.The powder will be oleophilic and good compatibility with many kinds of resins (such as unsaturated polyester resins,epoxy resins and plastics). Dispersant 9690 can improve load amount of filler,strength of plastic,heat deflection temperature and also decreased the cost .

Use:
1) Dispersing inorganic filler such as Calcium carbonate,Talc,Barium sulfate,Kaolin
2) System with unsaturated polyester resins,epoxy resins and acrylic resin
Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Inorganic Pigment (TiO2) 0.5-5.0%
Carbon Black and Organic pigment 15-30%
Filler (Calcium carbonate) 0.2-1.0%
Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 9690 into the millbase.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add pigments while stirring and disperse in the usual routine.
