DISPERSANT 1600 is a 100% active polymeric dispersant.It has good disperse effect for cabon black,organic pigment,inorganic pigment in ink system specially in low polarity system.Dispersant 1600 can reduce viscosity and increase pigment load capacity.

Use:

Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Inorganic Pigment 0.5-5%
Organic Pigment 7-15%
Low/Medium surface area Carbon Black 10-30%
Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 1600 into the millbase.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add pigments while stirring and disperse in the usual routine.
