Use:
1) Grind and disperse for carbon black,organic pigment,inorganic pigment in ink system.
2) Use for surface process of organic pigment
3) Dispersant for color paste,preparation,concentration
Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Inorganic Pigment 0.5-5%
Organic Pigment 7-15%
Low/Medium surface area Carbon Black 10-30%
Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 1600 into the millbase.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add pigments while stirring and disperse in the usual routine.
