DISPERSANT 1900 is 75% active polymeric dispersant designed to disperse carbon black as well
as organic & inorganic pigments in water-base system. It can increase pigment dose.It can reduce viscosity,increase the fluidity and store stablity.

Use:
1) Water-base coating,ink. Grind and disperse for carbon black,organic & inorganic pigment.
2) Good compatibility in water-base acrylic resin system and water-base polyurethane resin system
3)Resin free high performance water-base pigment preparation.
Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Inorganic Pigment 1-5%
Organic Pigment 7-15%
Low surface area Carbon Black 10-20%
High surface area Carbon Black 40-80%
Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 1900 into the millbase.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add pigments while stirring and disperse in the usual routine.
